By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of petition filed by respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short-‘the Act’) for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (Annexure P-2) titled as ‘Gursewak Singh vs. Harpreet Kaur’ pending before the learned Family Court, Tarn Taran to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurdaspur. 2.
