Present first petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.157, dated 19.05.2025, under Section 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Commissionerate, District Ludhiana, Punjab. 2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that the present FIR has been registered on the basis of a complaint of Arvinder Singh Dhiman. As per the allegations the Harpinder Kaur Khara (petitioner) in conspiracy with co accused namely Sarabjit Kaur Laute and Kultar Singh Kalsi, under the garb of sending Kanu, Kirandeep, Amandeep, Gurjit and Aman Kumar abroad as health worker, had made an arrangement of Rs.45 lakh.
