Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.93 dated 30.08.2024, registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran. 2. Brief facts of the case, as per the prosecution, are that on 30.08.2024, acting on secret information, the police party raided the house of the petitioner. On seeing the police, the petitioner allegedly fled from the spot through the fields. During the search of the premises, 08 drums were found in the hall, each containing 150 kg of lahan, totalling 1200 kg. Accordingly, the present FIR was registered. 3.
