(Oral) Petitioner-Harman Singh, aged 23 years, has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.263 dated 26.12.2024 under Sections 21(c), 27-A 61, 85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Recovery in the present case is of 02 kgs 16 grams of Heroin, which was separate of packing material weighing 178 grams. Petitioner is stated to be inside jail since 26.12.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of instant petition at this stage. 4. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
