Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 23.12.2025 passed by the learned SDJM, Bholath, Kapurthala in cancellation report UCR-122-2025 in case bearing FIR No.43, dated 10.07.2024, under Sections 452, 325, 326, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala whereby the learned JMIC did not accept the cancellation report and sent it back to the concerned police station for further investigation and further for quashing of abovementioned FIR and second enquiry report dated 30.03.2026 and report dated 16.03.2026. Further prayer has been made for staying the operation of proceedings arising out of FIR during the pendency of the present petition. 2.
