This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.168 dated 14.07.2017, under Section 420 IPC, 1860 read with Section 13 of Human Trafficking Act, 2012 amended in the year 2014, Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) and report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 25.01.2019, under Section 420 IPC, 1860 read with Section 13 of Human Trafficking Act, 2012 amended in the year 2014, Police Station Rajpura, Distriact Patiala (Annexure P-5). 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. However, learned State counsel submits that in this case, the petitioners have been acquitted vide order dated 10.10.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rajpura in case No. CHI-112-2019 titled as State V/s Satnam and Ors. He has placed on record the photocopy of the said judgment and the same is taken on record. 4
