DB 101 INCOMP-8249-2024 IN CWP-12787-2020 HARJIT KAUR AND ORS V/S STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS Present: None. **** The present CM (INCOMP-8249-2024) was filed on 05.11.2020 and when the Registry raised certain objections, the same were not removed by the learned counsel for the applicant. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, a case wherein objections have been raised by the Registry, the same is to be taken back by the counsel/party concerned, to be re-filed within a period of 40 days. In view of the above, instant incomplete CM does not call for any order on the judicial side and accordingly, the Registry to weed the same out as per the Rules.
