The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 0227 dated 08.12.2018 under Section 353, 352 and 186 IPC registered at Police Station Khanna City-2, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.
