The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of complaint No. 4 dated 09.01.2015, titled as Kulchain Singh v. Karnail Singh and others, filed under Sections 107, 109, 307, 326, 324, 341 and 34 of IPC along with all the subsequent proceedings having emanated therefrom including orders dated 05.04.2025 and 18.07.2025, whereby the petitioners had been declared as proclaimed persons. 2.
