The only issue which remains to be adjudicated in the present petition is whether the refusal of the State Government to grant the benefit of LTC for the Block Year 2012-2015 is justified on the ground that the claim was not raised within the stipulated period of time. 2. After hearing learned counsel for the rival parties, we are of the considered view that no time frame has been provided within which a claim for LTC is to be made, either under the instructions issued from time to time by the State of Haryana or under any other statutory provision governing such claims. 3
