This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.31 dated 08.03.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 125, 308(4), 324(2) [Section 238, 61(2), 111, 217 and 248 added later on] of ‘the and Sections 25(6)(7) and 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Patti City, District Tarn Taran. 2. The abovementioned FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘Bruno Dhawan’, hereinafter being referred to as ‘complainant’ only. It was stated by the above-named complainant that an infamous gangster, namely ‘Prabh Dasuwal’, was calling him through WhatsApp regarding extortion of money. It was further stated by the above-named complainant that on 07.03.2025 at about 11:00 pm, two u
