Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 23.01.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana whereby the application of the respondent-plaintiff for allowing the draftsman engaged by him to enter the premises of the petitioners to take measurement and prepare site plan of the property in question has been allowed. 2.
