GREWAL, J (Oral): Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of direction to the learned trial Court for expediting the trial in case FIR No.173 dated 20.07.2019, under Section 21 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since the year 2019, when the FIR was registered. Challan has been presented on 10.01.2020 and charges were framed on 29.09.2021. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions from DSP Jitender Singh has also confirmed the aforesaid fact and stated that PWs namely- Lachhman Singh and Balwinder Singh have since been examined and the trial has concluded and the case is now fixed for final
