In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the application dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner for renewal of the arms licence. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application dated 18.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) for renewal of his arms license, however, no decision has been taken till date. He submits that the petitioner is employed at a petrol pump and taking into consideration the nature of the duty performed by him, the petitioner requires an arms licence.
