(ORAL) Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, which is in danger and high risk and in the hands of respondent No.6 and to provide adequate security to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.4 – Senior Superintendent of Police, District Sangrur to consider and take a conscious decision on the pending representation dated 04.05.2026 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioner. 3.
