Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of interim bail for a period of two months on medical grounds to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No. 57 dated 22.04.2025, registered under Sections 103, 351(2), 191(3) and 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25, and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 [offences under Sections 111, 112, 61(2) and 262 of BNS added later on] at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.
