Sessions Judge, Panchkula in CRA-94-2024 whereby the surety bonds furnished by the petitioners have been cancelled and for quashing/ modification of the condition imposed vide order dated 03.07.2024 to deposit 20% of the compensation amount. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the condition of depositing 20% of the amount awarded by the trial Court for hearing the appeal is not compliable as the petitioner is not in a position to pay/deposit the said amount. 3.
