Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.279 dated 29.05.2025, registered under Section 21- B of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa. 2. Brief facts of the present case as per the prosecution are that on 29.05.2025, ASI Sukhdeep Singh alongwith her fellow police officials was on patrolling duty and on suspicion, apprehended co-accused Pawan Singh @ Kaku, who was found in conscious possession of 10 grams 01 milligram of heroin.
