The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the order dated 24.02.2021 (Annexure P-1), issued by respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service and communication/letter/reply dated 15.04.2025 (Annexure P-7), issued by respondent No.3. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take a final decision in the appeal dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-8) served by the petitioner, which has been kept pending from the last more than one year without any reasons. Further, to calculate and release all the remaining service-cum-retirement benefits of the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.
