Registry has reported that the petitioner No.2 has been intimated by his granddaughter to have expired and respondents No.2 and 3 have also expired. The death certificates of respondents No.2 and 3 have been attached with the file. As per it, respondent No.2-Rajinder Singh expired on 13.12.2023 whereas respondent No.3-Kashmir Singh expired on 09.01.2025. The respondent No.4-Satnam Singh, as is evident from the judgments passed by the Courts concerned, was declared as a proclaimed offender and was not convicted by the impugned judgment/s and order of sentence. 2. In view thereof, the present petition qua respondent No.4- Satnam Singh was/is not maintainable. Therefore, for the purpose of law, the present petition has to be treated as a petition against the respondents No.
