Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.1 508 CWP-36507-2018 Harbans Singh and others V/S NHAI and others Present: None for the petitioners. Mr. Nagesh Kumar, Advocate for Mr. Suvir Kumar, Advocate for respondent No.1-NHAI. **** Since none had been appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondents, notices were issued to the petitioners as well as respondents to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, as per office report, notices issued to the petitioners have been received back with the report that petitioner No.1 has been duly served; petitioners No.2 to 4 have been served through family members; respondent No.1 has been served through clerk; respondent No.2 has been duly served and respondent No.3 has been served through family members.
