Harbans Singh and others’ under Section 3 of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 447 and 506 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Kahnuwan, District Gurdaspur, as well as the summoning order dated 14.08.2023 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 29.11.2025. 2.
