The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to grant monthly financial support as per notification dated 20.06.2017 from June’ 2017 instead of July’ 2019. 2. The petitioner is an acid attack survivor. She suffered acid attack in October’ 2006. She has become disabled to the extent of 58%. The respondent as per notification dated 20.06.2017 has extended her monthly financial assistance. The respondent by mistake or otherwise has granted assistance from July’ 2019 whereas petitioner is entitled from June’ 2017. 3. Learned State counsel submits that competent authority would reconsider the matter and address petitioner’s grievance within four weeks from today. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to aforesaid arrangement. M
