Rajinder Singh’ whereby the warrant of attachment of house of the petitioners has been issued allegedly in an illegal and arbitrary manner, the instant petition has been filed. It is evident that for the last two dates successively, no one is appearing despite the Registry having been specifically directed to inform the counsel for the respective parties. The Registry has reported that counsel for the respective parties have been informed about the date of hearing. It seems that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
