The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 136 dated 28.12.2023 under Sections 341, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149, 120-B IPC (Sections 325 and 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 25.03.2025 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
