A.G., Haryana. 2K SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for the nature of issuance of a writ in the certiorari for quashing the impugned order Annexure P-13 dated 19.4.2002 wherein the petitioner has been ordered to be reverted from the post of Assistant to the Clerk despite the person junior to the petitioner have been kept as Assistant and are continuing as Assistant e.g. Respondents No.20 to 23. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. A Perusal of the order sheets reveals that there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners since 23.05.2025. It appears that, considering the nature of the relief sought, the petitioners might have lost interest with the efflux of time. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
