MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 153, dated 23.10.2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 331(6), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 117(2) of BNS added later on, (corresponding to Sections 307, 323, 458, 34 IPC and Section 325 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda, Punjab. This Court vide order dated 22.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 22.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
