Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 27.01.2026, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case. 2. Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and further, on instructions from ASI Ishwar Singh, submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 3.
