The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce the corpus/petitioner while declaring the detention, arrest and subsequent remand and custody of the petitioner as unconstitutional, illegal, null and void and consequently directing that the petitioner be released forthwith in Case Crime No. 17 of 2026 under section 64(2)M,65(1), 351(3) B.N.S. and section 67(a) Information Technology Act and section 5/6 POCSO Act and section 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, P.S. Sumerpur District Hamirpur. HABC No. 596 of 2026 2 ii.
