Ms. Gehna Vaishnavi, Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2. **** In the present case, Ms. Gehna Vaishnavi, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the respondent-department and has placed on record the letter in respect of arrears for a sum of Rs.82508/- which was released in the salary for the month of January, 2010 in view of Chief Engineer PTPS office memo No.Ch- 12/EOM/ET-277 dated 03.11.2008. The said letter is taken on record as Mark-A. However, learned counsel for the petitioner sought an adjournment to verify the aforesaid payment. Notice had already been issued to the petitioner to appear in person before this Forum for the purpose of settlement. Office report indicates that notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report “the petitioner already retired from service”.
