Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case. 2. Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and further, on instructions from SI Ashok, submits that the petitioner is not required by the police, at this stage, for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 3. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 06.02.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
