(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 13.02.2026 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 (Superintending Canal Officer, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Ferozepur), whereby well-reasoned order dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3 (Divisional Canal Officer, Abohar, Canal Division, Abohar), has been modified illegally and arbitrary. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action. 3.
