Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.360 dated 06.09.2025, registered at Police Station Chandimandir, Panchkula, under Sections 109(1), 115, 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 190, 191(3), 351(2) and 61 of BNS, (corresponding Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 326, 148, 149, 506 and 120-B IPC) 2.
