This is the second petition which has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.124 dated 23.10.2021 under Sections 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 07.08.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-3528-2023 (Annexure P-2). However, during trial proceedings, the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court and subsequently, his bail was cancelled and his bail/ surety bonds were forfeited to the State vide order dated 23.05.2024 passed by the trial Court (Annexure P-4).
