The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.131 dated 19.11.2025 under Sections 21(c), 61 & 85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Mohammadpur, District Nuh. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Gurvinder (petitioner) came to be apprehended with 383.40 grams of heroin alongwith polythene. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations levelled against him are baseless. There is a violation of mandatory provisions of the NDPS Act regarding search and seizure including Section 42 and Section 50.
