This revision petition is directed against the order dated 07.03.2026 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, vide which the application filed by petitioner/defendant No.1 under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for summoning additional witnesses has been dismissed. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the material placed on the file. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that defendant No.1 has already examined himself, but no list of witnesses was filed by him after framing of issues. Now he has moved an application to examine four witnesses namely Rinku, Satpal Singh, Ashok Singh and Sarpanch Khazan Singh, during his evidence, but the said application has been rejected on the ground that the suit is pending since 201
