The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 (“Constitution”) seeking directions against the Respondent, Pharmacy Council of India (“PCI”), in relation to the Petitioner-Institution’s application for extension of approval for its D. Pharm course for the academic session 2026-27. 2.
