(Oral) 1. The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to police authorities not to interfere in the matter which is pending before Civil Court. 2. As per pleadings, the petitioner is a Society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 as amended by Punjab Amendment Act, 1957. It is managing affairs of Gurudwara Sahib which was constructed with the contribution of devotees. Respondent Nos.6 to 8 in connivance with certain officials executed a Special Power of Attorney (‘SPA’) in respect of land measuring 2 Kanals 10 Malas. On the basis of aforesaid SPA, sale deed dated 13.10.2024 was executed and mutation was sanctioned in favour of respondent No.
