SUDEEPTI SHARMA J. (Oral) 1. The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-15922-2018. 2. Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 09.10.2023, appeal filed by the petitioner is decided and speaking order dated 28.04.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 28.04.2026 shows that order dated 09.10.2023 passed in CWP-15922-2018 has been complied with. 4. In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5.
