This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.392 dated 25.11.2024, under Section 18 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Sections 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Pehowa (wrongly mentioned in Police Station Pehowa in FIR), District Kurukshetra. 2. Earlier petition bearing No.CRM-M-40903-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.03.2026. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after about 02 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for the grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
