(Oral) Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of interim order dated 30.4.2010 (Annexure P-3) passed by a predecessor Bench of this Court in RSA-1663-2010 titled as “Mohinder Singh vs. Gurmeet Singh and others”, whereby, while issuing notice of motion, execution of the impugned judgment and decree was ordered to be stayed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in violation of the said stay, the respondent-contemnor filed an affidavit before the Executing Court and taken possession of the suit property.
