Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.266 dated 27.09.2025, registered under Sections 21(c)/27(a) and 29/61/85 of the NDPS Act 1985 and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, 1954, at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur. 2. Succinctly, facts of the case are that on 27.09.2025 the police party while on patrolling when reached near the dirt track descending towards the drain of Sugar Mill Paniar on the National Highway, behind the Batta, two young men were seen coming on a motorcycle.
