Learned senior counsel submits that petitioner was granted security by High Powered Committee. He was provided security under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018. Two persons out of five accused in FIR No.145 dated 15.07.2009 registered under Sections 342 & 395 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Madhuban, Karnal are roaming freely.
