Plaintiff filed suit seeking decree of possession by way of partition of a residential house situated in Ferozepur City measuring 02 marlas 2 sarsai. He also sought decree of recovery of Rs.56,000/- as mesne profit @ Rs.2,000/- per month from 09.11.2011 till the delivery of actual and physical possession of the portion of the house. 3. As per the case of the plaintiff, he along with defendant jointly purchased the suit property to the extent of 1/2 share each. The plaintiff shifted to Ludhiana. Entire house came in possession of the defendant on the assurance that possession will be delivered back as and when demanded by the plaintiff. Plaintiff claimed possession back. As per plaintiff, defendant has refused to hand over actual and physical pos
