(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.90 dated 08.07.2024, registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added lateron), at Police Station Dhanaula, District Barnala. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-13722-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 11.02.2026 and on that date the same was allowed to be dismissed as not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after about three months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
