(Oral) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.58 dated 21.08.2024 under Sections 103, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 302, 34 IPC), and Section 25/54/59-A Arms Act, 1905, registered at Police Station Chola Sahib, Tarn Taran. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.31360-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 25.03.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed being not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 1 ½ months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
