The prayer in this 3rd petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.45 dated 08.03.2024 registered under Sections 21-C, 29 of NDPS Act at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi (petitioner) and Rupinder Singh@ Sajan (granted bail vide order dated 29.09.2025 Annexure P-4) came to be apprehended. Subsequently, other persons also came to be nominated as accused in the present case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is a violation of the mandatory provisions of the NDPS Act regarding search and seizure including Section 42 and Section 50. As the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2024 but only 03 of the 31 prosecutio
