By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.44 dated 16.05.2025, registered under Section 15(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short - ‘the NDPS Act’) at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. Briefly stated, the present FIR was registered qua accused, namely, Jazzvir Singh, on whose disclosure statement, the petitioner has been nominated as an accused in the present case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for concession of bail to the petitioner on the following grounds: i. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2026. ii.
