Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) whereby petitioner has been relieved from Civil Hospital, Phase-6, Mohali, without giving any reasons and explanations. Further prayer has been made for staying the order dated 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) during the pendency of the petition. 2. After arguing the case for some time and realising that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the petitioner was appointed by the service provider, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law. 3.
