The brief facts of the prosecution case are that on 20.09.2004, the complainant Vijay Kumar got recorded his statement to the police, to the effect that he is a resident of village Fatuhi Khera. He is engaged in the business of selling milk and as such he daily goes from his village to the city of Malout on his motor cycle.
